This was one of the coins featured in my pre-GACCS video on YouTube, along with the 1821 50C MS65. This coin is one I can't stop looking at and I haven't seen many in the marketplace with eye-appeal like this one. It is a MS64+ and is ever so close to 65. The 1831 was also the first year of the smaller format capped bust quarter.
