1862 and 1863 are the lowest mintages for the civil war silver dollars (11,540 and 27,200 respectively). In MS64, there have been 14 awarded this grade by PCGS and only 2 graded MS65! This coin sits perfectly between these points and it is beautiful and pleasing in hand. I love this coin and I know any collector out there will cherish it in the same way.
