There exists about half as many of the 1864 with the L on Ribbon (the L being the initial of the engraver, James Longacre) compared to the regular bronze variety without the L. Because of this, the collectibility is almost twice or more compared to the regular issue. This piece is a perfect collector grade of MS64 Red Brown and comes certified by CAC. A non-CAC recently sold on Great Collections in October for $1713.
