Some coins back in the day were put in PL and DMPL holders but today would not meet the requirements of that designation. This coin actually was graded as a normal MS66 but the surfaces look VERY PL to me. On top of which, you can see quite frosty devices and liquidy fields. Email me and ask for a video of this coin.
